[edk2] Is source repositories svn address changed?

Dear Experts,
Rcently, I find udk open source SVN cannot be accessed. (https://svn.code.sf.net/p/edk2/code/trunk/edk2)
According to http://www.tianocore.org/edk2, it says:
Source repositories: git {github, bitbucket, sourceforge, more info}, svn {sourceforge}
So if we want to get latest UDK code, we should use git tool instead?

If you are in China mainland, you may be limited to access sf becuase of
GFW.

SourceForge had a major outage last week. Many projects were (and are) still affected by this service issue. The Github repositories should be up and running. http://sourceforge.net/blog/service-outage-update/
